Christene Kings is a resident DJ at Barcade’s Sweet Escape. She take her experiences as a drummer in bands such as Sister Mantos, The Sharp Ease, and The Chubbies and blends them with her distinguishing ear for pop music from any genre and any era. Christene is veteran Radio programmer for KPFKs Feminist Magazine and promotes music she loves as a publicist for Tralala Media.
DJ Dennis is the co-creator of The Good Foot in Long Beach, one of longest running and most successful funk & soul clubs in Southern California. DJ Dennis is also a resident and co-creator of SPACE Roller Disco at World on Wheels.
Dennis has DJed tons of high profile events like opening up for Mars Volta, Peter Bjorn and John, Arcade Fire, !!!, Beck, and Duran Duran. Dennis has been a musician for 25 years and is currently the bassist for Free Moral Agents.
“El Otro” Patrick Miller is the founder of Def Before Disco, a club night and radio show that explored the connections between Hip Hop, Punk, Dub, and Disco music. In addition to countless parties, clubs, private events, and art openings, Miller has DJed at venues such as the Orange County Museum of Art, the Hammer Museum, the Wignall Museum, and large scale public events such as CicLAvia.
